13 TH ANNUAL JEFF SANDERS MEMORIAL GOLF TOURNAMENT

The 13th Annual Jeff Sanders Memorial Golf Tournament is fast approaching. This year it is scheduled for Saturday, June 5, 2004, at Forest Meadows Golf Course If you have been a past contributor or sponsor please accept our thanks. Your continued support of our scholarship fund would be most welcome and definitely appreciated. Jeff was a top Bret Harte athlete and graduate. This tournament enables us to provide scholarships to other Bret Harte students in his memory. Since the inception of this tournament 20 $500 scholarships nine $750, and two $1000 scholarships have been awarded to Bret Harte graduates. We have always had two ways for our sponsors to help contribute, a sponsorship or a prize donation. This year we are hoping to make donating a prize easier for our contributors. We will have a catalog of possible prizes for you to pick from. Choose the prize that you would like to donate, make out a check to the foundation, and we will take care of purchasing the prize for you. SPONSORSHIPS

We have two choices for our sponsors to help contribute Sponsorships are $150 each. A sponsorship entitles the sponsor to have his or her name or the name of the organization or business at one of the 18 holes, recognition at the tournament, a thank you ad placed in a local newspaper, and also on our sponsors page of our new website (www.jeffsandersgolf.com). If you would like we can turn your website Thank You into a direct link to your companies website. In addition, all sponsors are granted entry for themselves in the tournament, which includes green fees, two carts per team, tee prizes, lunch and awards. If you wish to enter the tournament we do request that you fill out a registration form which can be found on the website, or by calling the number below. Non Playing Sponsorships are $125.

Another way to help us is through contributions of prizes for the tournament participants. Every player in this tournament receives a prize, not just the top teams. In the past these prizes have help to make this tournament the most fun-filled, outstanding tournament in the area. We always recognize our contributors through handouts and posters at the Tournament to our 150 plus participants. It is our hope that when redeeming their prizes that they recognize you and reciprocate with future business. We hope you will provide support this year and also join us on the golf course.
